Polish shooting star Wiktor Przyjemski is preparing for a second straight season with Swedish side Rospiggarna in 2024.

Przyjemski raced to his second straight FIM SON2 gold medal with the Polish Under-21 team in Riga on August 11 and also competed in the 2022 FIM SGP2 series.

He made his debut in the Bauhaus Elitserien with the Hallstavik club this year and believes there is more to come as he returns next season.

Przyjemski told the club’s website: “I am really happy to stay in Rospiggarna next season. This year was my first in Sweden and I felt great support from the team management. I did my best, but hopefully I will do even better next year.”

Rospiggarna boss Peter Jansson is backing Przyjemski – a rider being tipped for an FIM SGP2 return in 2024 – to continue his development with the club.

He said: “He is one of the world's greatest talents right now. We are really happy to keep him. Before this year's season he was new to Sweden, but he quickly learned how the league worked here as he got better and better as the season went on. For next year, I think he will raise his average and continue to develop with each match. I look forward to following him next season.”

Przyjemski is also widely expected to make the move to Polish champions Lublin, making his debut in Poland’s PGE Ekstraliga, having started his career with hometown team Bydgoszcz.

Elsewhere in Sweden, Smederna has extended Polish rider Patryk Wojdylo’s contract into 2024.
