HELLSTROM-BANGS PENS NEW SWEDISH DEAL

Swedish shooting star Philip Hellstrom-Bangs has extended his stay with Bauhaus Elitserien side Rospiggarna into 2026.

The former SGP2 star and 2024 SON2 silver medallist joined the club midway through the 2025 season. An impressive campaign prompted the Hallstavik side to snap him up for 2026.

Hellstrom-Bangs said: “I am super happy to stay in Rospiggarna in 2026. It will be a fun year where I can continue to build on something good that happened, when I chose to go to Rospiggarna after half of the 2025 season. 

“It will be an interesting year, and I hope all the fans come and support us just as well as this year!”

Club manager Alexander Edberg added: “We really believe in Philip and that he will take the next step when he starts in a regular place next season. He was a joy to watch around the oval in Hallstavik, and I am sure he will manage this trust really well.”
