Danish racer Leon Madsen stormed to 13 paid 14 points for Zielona Gora stepped up their PGE Ekstraliga play-off push with a 50-40 win at home to Czestochowa on Sunday.
Madsen raced to four victories – dropping just one point to an opponent – with Polish star Przemyslaw Pawlicki picking up 11 and former world No.2 Jaroslaw Hampel notching nine paid 10.
Czestochowa’s Piotr Pawlicki topped their score chart on 14 points, with compatriot Kacper Woryna tallying 12. Speedway GP star Jason Doyle scored four paid seven points.
Elsewhere, Torun duo Patryk Dudek and Emil Sayfutdinov racked up 11 paid 12 points apiece as their side held on for a 46-44 win away to near neighbours Grudziadz. Mikkel Michelsen also impressed on 11, with Robert Lambert adding seven paid eight and Jan Kvech collecting one paid two.
Aussie ace Max Fricke led the Grudziadz scoring on 12 paid 13, while Michael Jepsen Jensen celebrated signing a new contract for 2026 by notching nine.
